Raffaele Brotzu learned to make delicious and authentic Italian pizza at the prestigious Italian Pizza School in Rome. After graduating and becoming a member of the Italian Pizza Maker Association Raffaele Brotzu joined the World Pizza restaurant in Rome, one of the top pizzerias in the city.
After moving to Australia in 2001 and with a passion for local fresh ingredients, healthy eating, and traditional roman style cooking, Raffaele Brotzu was inspired to establish his first store, Delizioso Café in Subiaco in 2002.
Since opening his first Café and throughout his career Raffaele has won a number of local, national, and international awards for his gourmet pizzas. Raffaele continues to create those award-winning pizzas and more in his two pizzerias in Perth and Subiaco.
